Ryan Williams
Manager
Ryan Williams, Manager of SAGE, Service to Achieve Growth and Empower, is a student at Ventura College. Mr. Williams has worked for over 14 years with people with developmental disabilities. Mr. Williams began his career in the quality assurance department of a supported living agency, which attracted him to this field. Mr. Williams transferred within the company, working as a job coach as well. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Williams was recruited to another company working as a community trainer. Mr. Williams received several promotions, including training specialist, field supervisor, assistant manager, manager, assistant director, director of field operations, and executive manager. Throughout his career, Mr. Williams has volunteered with the Ventura County Special Olympics as a coach. Ryan continues to develop his academic knowledge through taking courses at Ventura College. Ryan plans to earn a degree as a Registered Nurse, which he will use to further enhance his ability to serve people with developmental disabilities.
