Our Services
We provide supported living services (SLS) to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities living in their own home. We provide support, training, and education to empower independence, choice, and skill building.
Supported Living Services (SLS)
SAGE offers SLS through Tri-Counties Regional Center, tailored to adults seeking independence from family living. Our services focus on skill development in money management, transportation, health, and community engagement, customized based on individual needs. We provide assistance with daily activities and household routines, aiming to foster independence through training and habilitation.
Activities &
Community Connecting
We send out a newsletter at the beginning of every month to keep our SAGE community in the loop. We also have a variety of fun activities for the people we support. These include cooking classes, arts and crafts, music, health and wellness, movie nights, game nights, and community events. There's something for everyone, and it's a great way to connect with the community.
Generic Resources
SAGE's SLS services include access to our resource team, which assists individuals with applications, eligibility checks, and appeals for essential services such as housing, utilities, CalFresh, CalABLE, and Social Security. Through our dedicated team's personalized support, we aim to enhance quality of life and foster independence for every individual.
